What We Did

OVERVIEW

Discover how Primatix helped Ondaro make a splash at ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 at The Venetian, Las Vegas. By turning complex enterprise automation concepts into a high-impact surfing theme, we helped Ondaro show attendees how to "ride the wave of what's next" in AI and enterprise transformation.

  • Client: Ondaro
  • Event: ServiceNow Knowledge 2026
  • Location: The Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, USA
  • Date: May 2026

The Challenge: Making Waves in a Strict Turnkey Booth

Ondaro, an Elite ServiceNow Partner, needed a compelling booth activation that integrated seamlessly with ServiceNow's heavy event focus on AI. Their core brand messaging centred on helping clients navigate complex enterprise transformation through automation, metaphorically described as "riding the wave."

The project faced multiple environmental and creative constraints:

  • Turnkey Booth Limitations: Operating within a tight 15'x20' turnkey exhibition space with strict space rules and limited layout freedom.
  • No-Printing Restrictions: Show regulations anticipated that live printing wouldn't be allowed directly on the main exhibition floor.
  • Dual-Venue Logistics: The activation needed to span across both the daytime expo floor booth and an exclusive, high-profile evening VIP party at Wakuda restaurant in the Palazzo.
  • Concept Differentiation: Prompting an AI to generate distinctly different, brand-aligned surfing poses without feeling repetitive across a standard canvas.

The Solution: Multi-Stage AI Surf Simulators

Primatix engineered a bespoke, compact AI Trading Card freestanding kiosk workflow designed to fit beautifully into Ondaro's constrained booth footprint.

Key Features Included:

  • Bespoke Posing & AI Models: To prevent uniform image outputs, we developed three distinct user-selectable stages based on Ondaro's consultation framework: "Getting Ready," "Paddling Out," and "Going Big." The prompt model was tested to eliminate common bias errors and ensure flawless facial and hair mapping across all diversity spectrums.
  • Branded Surfboard Integration: Rather than generic stock elements, our tech team integrated patterns from Ondaro's internal brand assets into the AI-generated surfboards, making the user feel entirely part of the brand asset.
  • Dual-Deployment Fleet: To cover the nighttime VIP party without compromising the expo booth setup, Primatix deployed a second independent hardware setup. Guests at the restaurant activation were treated to premium hard-shell or semi-rigid protective card cases.

The Results: Caught the Wave of the Conference

The surfing simulator was a viral hit, seamlessly driving traffic from the daytime exhibition hall into the evening hospitality environments.

  • Flawless Multi-Site Execution: The local Las Vegas crew handled an afternoon setup on Day 1, managed high-volume daytime booth operations, and perfectly executed the transition to the off-site after-party.
  • Global Company Buy-In: The staging link was so highly anticipated that Ondaro's executive leadership team showcased the live app on a global all-hands call to drive team excitement prior to event launch.
  • Organic LinkedIn Reach: Attendees eagerly downloaded their digital trading cards on their mobile devices, sharing their AI creations to social channels using the campaign tagline: #CatchTheWave.

Why It Worked

  • It Capitalised on Brand Storytelling: The transition from "Paddling Out" to "Going Big" served as a perfect conversational icebreaker for Ondaro's sales reps to explain their enterprise automation services.
  • Agile Customisation: Primatix accommodated urgent executive feedback under a tight 3-week deadline.
  • High-Value Souvenirs: Offering collectible trading cards in protective top-loader sleeves ensured that the brand kept prime real estate on executive desks long after Knowledge concluded.

Conclusion

By transforming an abstract tech concept into a highly personalised and competitive surf collectible, Primatix helped Ondaro dominate the conversation at Knowledge 2026. The activation proved that even inside rigid turnkey exhibition booths, creative AI implementation can turn trade show traffic into deep, lasting brand engagement.
